- Continuous teaching since 2000, the Arkansas and Oklahoma residential living facilities Administrator Certification program
- Selected as a team member by the National Accreditation Board for Long Term Care to develop the national residential and assisted living Administrator Certification program. Co-wrote the National Administrator Certification Examination Workbook
- Developed and received the Arkansas Office of Long Term Care approval for the 1st ever Assisted Living I and II Administrator Certification program
- Continuous teaching since 2005, the Arkansas Assisted Living I and II Administrator Certification program
- Consultant to numerous regional residential and assisted living facilities
- Developed and annually teaches continuing education courses for nursing home administrators
- Annually teaches over 25 seminars and workshops on aging, mental illness and critical issues in long term care management, personnel, resident services
